In the fact fitness is very easy but also hard. In the first time, I feel very very hard. I don’t want to make my body very muscular (I don’t want to be “Pendekar” -Pendek dan kekar- :), but just for my health and to make my stomach six pack (not paunchy). I don’t want my friend to call me “perut Oom-Oom”. wakakak… so, I have to excercise harder.
